Quick Fixes¶
Printer Won't Connect¶
- Make sure printer is powered on
- Check iPad Bluetooth is enabled
- Put printer in pairing mode
- Try connecting in EetEet app
Nothing Prints¶
- Verify printer shows "Connected"
- Check paper is loaded correctly
- Try a test print from Settings > Printer
Auto-Print Not Working¶
- Verify auto-print is enabled
- Check printer connection
- Confirm notifications are enabled
