Orders Not Showing¶
Not seeing new orders? Here's how to fix it.
Check Your Status¶
Is Your Truck Open?¶
- Look at the status bar at top of app
- Should show "Open" (green)
- If closed, open your truck
Is Order Acceptance On?¶
- Check the Accepting Orders toggle
- Should be enabled (green)
- If off, enable it
Check Notifications¶
Push Notifications¶
- Go to iPad Settings > EetEet Vendor
- Tap Notifications
- Enable Allow Notifications
App Notifications¶
- In the app, go to Settings > Notifications
- Make sure alerts are enabled
Check Internet Connection¶
Orders need internet to arrive:
- Verify you're connected to Wi-Fi or cellular
- Try loading a webpage to test
- See Connection Issues if problems
Refresh the App¶
Pull to Refresh¶
On the orders screen, pull down to refresh.
Restart the App¶
- Close the app completely
- Reopen it
- Check for orders
Check Square Connection¶
Order processing needs Square:
- Go to Settings > Square Connection
- Verify status shows "Connected"
- If disconnected, reconnect
Are Customers Ordering?¶
Consider:
- Is it a slow time of day?
- Are you in a busy location?
- Have you been marketing your presence?
Try:
- Posting on social media
- Ensuring your location is accurate
- Checking your menu looks appealing
Order Delay¶
Sometimes orders take a few seconds to appear:
- Network latency can cause brief delays
- Refresh the orders screen
- Check after 30 seconds
Test Order¶
To verify everything works:
- Have a friend place a small test order
- See if it appears in your queue
- Process it normally
- Refund if needed
This confirms the end-to-end flow works.
Still No Orders?¶
If you've checked everything:
- Log out and log back in
- Check for app updates
- Restart your iPad
- Contact support with details
