In-App Support (Fastest)¶
- Open EetEet Vendor
- Go to Settings > Help & Support
- Tap Contact Support
- Describe your issue
Email¶

Phone (Priority Issues)¶
For urgent issues during service:

What to Include¶
Help us help you faster:
- Your truck name
- Email on your account
- Description of the issue
- When it started
- Steps you've already tried
- Screenshots if helpful
For order issues:
- Order number
- Customer name (if known)
- Time of order
Response Times¶
- In-app support: Within 1 business day
- Email: Within 1 business day
- Phone: Immediate (during business hours)
- Urgent service issues: Prioritized response
Urgent Issues¶
For issues affecting live service:
- Use phone support during business hours
- Mark in-app support as "Urgent"
- Include "URGENT" in email subject
Examples of urgent issues:
- Can't accept any orders
- All payments failing
- Complete app failure
Non-Urgent Issues¶
For general questions or feature requests:
- In-app support or email is fine
- We'll respond within 1 business day
- Include detailed information
