Before diving into specific issues, try these general steps:

Restart the App

  1. Swipe up from the bottom of your iPad (or double-tap Home)
  2. Swipe up on EetEet Vendor to close
  3. Open the app again

Check Your Connection

Make sure you have stable internet (Wi-Fi or cellular).

Update the App

  1. Open the App Store
  2. Tap your profile icon
  3. Find EetEet Vendor and tap Update if available

Restart Your iPad

If problems persist:

  1. Hold the power button
  2. Slide to power off
  3. Wait 30 seconds
  4. Turn back on

Service Status

Occasionally, our service may have temporary issues. If nothing is working, check:

  • Your internet connection first
  • Try again in a few minutes
  • Contact support if issues persist
