Common Issues¶

Quick Fixes¶
Before diving into specific issues, try these general steps:
Restart the App¶
- Swipe up from the bottom of your iPad (or double-tap Home)
- Swipe up on EetEet Vendor to close
- Open the app again
Check Your Connection¶
Make sure you have stable internet (Wi-Fi or cellular).
Update the App¶
- Open the App Store
- Tap your profile icon
- Find EetEet Vendor and tap Update if available
Restart Your iPad¶
If problems persist:
- Hold the power button
- Slide to power off
- Wait 30 seconds
- Turn back on
Service Status¶
Occasionally, our service may have temporary issues. If nothing is working, check:
- Your internet connection first
- Try again in a few minutes
- Contact support if issues persist
