Refunds¶
Sometimes you need to issue a refund. EetEet makes it easy to process full or partial refunds directly from the app.
When to Refund¶
Common reasons for refunds:
- Order couldn't be fulfilled - Out of ingredients
- Wrong order - Prepared incorrectly
- Missing items - Items forgotten from order
- Quality issues - Customer unsatisfied
- Customer no-show - Order wasn't picked up
Refund Types¶
- Full Refund - Refund the entire order
- Partial Refund - Refund specific items or amounts
Refund Process¶
All refunds are processed through Square:
- You initiate the refund in EetEet
- Square processes the refund
- Customer receives credit to their payment method
- Refund appears in your Square dashboard
Timing¶
- Refunds typically process within 5-10 business days
- The time depends on the customer's bank
- You see the refund immediately in your reports
