Print order tickets and customer receipts.

Receipt Types

Kitchen Ticket

• Order number (large)
• Customer name
• All items with modifiers
• Special notes highlighted
• Timestamp

Customer Receipt

• Order number
• Items and prices
• Subtotal, tax, tip, total
• Your truck name
• Date and time

Manual Printing

From Order Details

1. Open any order
2. Tap the Print icon
3. Select receipt type
4. Receipt prints

From Order List

1. Find the order
2. Swipe left
3. Tap Print
4. Quick print with default settings

Print Options

When printing manually, you can choose:

• Kitchen ticket only - For the cook line
• Customer receipt only - To hand to customer
• Both - Print both types

Reprint

Need another copy?

1. Open the order
2. Tap Print
3. Select what to print
4. It prints again

You can reprint any order at any time.

Print Queue

If you print multiple items:

1. They queue up in order
2. Print one after another
3. View queue in Settings > Printer

Print Customization

Customize your receipts:

1. Go to Settings > Printer > Receipt Settings
2. Options include:
   • Truck name/logo at top
   • Font size
   • Extra notes at bottom
   • QR code for reordering

Receipt Paper

Low Paper Warning

The app shows a warning when paper is getting low (if your printer supports this).

Changing Paper

1. Open the printer paper compartment
2. Insert new roll
3. Feed paper through
4. Close compartment
5. Test print to verify
