Order History¶
View and manage all your past orders.
Accessing Order History¶
- Tap the History tab
- Or go to Menu > Order History
History View¶
Orders are listed with most recent first. Each shows:
- Order number
- Customer name
- Total amount
- Date and time
- Status (Completed, Refunded)
Filtering History¶
By Date¶
- Today - Today's orders
- Yesterday - Yesterday's orders
- This Week - Current week
- Custom Range - Select specific dates
By Status¶
- All - Everything
- Completed - Successfully picked up
- Refunded - Orders that were refunded
Searching Orders¶
Use the search bar to find orders by:
- Order number
- Customer name
- Specific date
Order Details¶
Tap any order to see full details:
- All items ordered
- Modifications and notes
- Payment breakdown
- Timeline of status changes
Processing Refunds¶
From order history, you can process refunds on completed orders:
- Find the order
- Tap to view details
- Tap Refund
- Choose full or partial refund

Exporting Data¶
For accounting or analysis:
- Go to Settings > Export Orders
- Select date range
- Choose format (CSV recommended)
- Export to email or files
Your Square dashboard also has detailed reporting.
Order Retention¶
- Orders are kept in the app for 90 days
- Full history is available in your Square dashboard
- Export important data regularly for your records
