Managing Orders

The EetEet Vendor app gives you a clear view of all incoming orders and tools to manage them efficiently.

Order Flow

1. New Orders - Orders arrive and alert you
2. Accept Orders - Confirm you'll prepare them
3. Prepare Orders - Mark as "preparing"
4. Complete Orders - Mark as ready for pickup
5. Order History - View past orders

Order Dashboard

The main screen shows:

• Active orders - Orders you're currently working on
• New orders - Incoming orders waiting for acceptance
• Completed - Recently finished orders

Quick Tips

Keep Orders Moving

Update order status promptly so customers know when to pick up.

Use Auto-Print

Set up auto-print to automatically print order tickets when new orders arrive.
