Logging In

Sign in to the EetEet Vendor app with your vendor credentials.

Your Login Credentials

You received your login credentials when your vendor account was approved. You'll need:

  • Your email address
  • Your password

How to Log In

  1. Open the EetEet Vendor app
  2. Enter your email address
  3. Enter your password
  4. Tap Log In

First Time Login

The first time you log in:

  1. You may be asked to accept terms of service
  2. Grant notification permissions (important for order alerts!)
  3. Complete any remaining truck setup

Forgot Your Password?

If you can't remember your password:

  1. Tap Forgot Password on the login screen
  2. Enter your email address
  3. Check your email for a reset link
  4. Create a new password

Staying Logged In

The app keeps you logged in, so you won't need to enter credentials each time. For security:

  • You may need to re-login after app updates
  • Logging out requires re-authentication
  • Unused sessions may expire after extended periods

Multiple Trucks

If you manage multiple food trucks:

  1. All your trucks appear after logging in
  2. Select which truck to manage
  3. You can switch between trucks from the settings menu

Account Issues

Can't log in?

  • Double-check your email spelling
  • Make sure caps lock is off
  • Try the password reset

Account locked?

  • Too many failed attempts temporarily locks the account
  • Wait 15 minutes or contact support
